Short version: Everything on this site free games, tools, workshops, and downloads is provided as-is for personal, educational and non-commercial use. Be kind, don't resell our stuff as your own, and use the tools at your own risk.

1. Using this site

JVDesignStudio provides free games, interactive tools, workshops, guides, and downloadable activity packs. By using this site you agree to use it for lawful, personal, and educational purposes only.

2. Free tools, games & workshops

The browser-based games, builders, generators and workshops (including the Arcade Game Maker, Blender Beginners Workshop, and similar tools) are provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Game saves and progress are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

3. Downloads & free resources

PDFs, activity sheets, templates, project files, and starter packs offered through the Freebies and Workshop pages are free for personal, classroom, and non-commercial educational use. You may print, share, and adapt them for these purposes. You may not resell them, redistribute them as your own work, or use them in commercial products without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All characters, books, artwork, code, and original content on this site are the property of JVDesignStudio unless otherwise stated. Third-party assets, fonts, and libraries (e.g. Google Fonts, Phaser, Three.js) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit content to the Gallery or contact us with creations made using our tools and workshops (e.g. renders, levels, drawings), you grant JVDesignStudio permission to display that content on the site and social channels with credit to you. You retain ownership of your own work.

6. Merch & external shops

Merchandise is sold through third-party print-on-demand services (such as Printify). Purchases made through these links are subject to that provider's own terms, returns, and shipping policies JVDesignStudio is not responsible for order fulfilment, payment processing, or shipping carried out by external providers.

7. External links

This site links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Itch.io, Instagram, Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these external sites.

8. Limitation of liability

JVDesignStudio is run as an independent creative studio. Tools, games, and downloads are provided without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, its tools, or downloaded content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
