A little MUGEN maker for the MUGEN World Workshop: fill in a fighter's def file, lay out a stage and preview it, read a broken log and choose the fix, then download a real character and stage as a zip. It runs on a locked-down school computer with no install and no account.

Make your own art and sounds: draw sprites in Pixel Studio and make music or sound effects in Sound Studio, then bring them into your project.
Ember
Ember says: a MUGEN character is a small folder of plain text files the engine reads. The main one is the .def file, and it just points at the other files by name. Get that right and the engine finds everything else. Your work saves automatically.

The [Files] block lists the other files by name. They must sit in the same folder as the def.
