The short version: we don't want your data, and the app can't send it anywhere even if it wanted to. Pocket Crew has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no internet access at all. Everything you tell your crew stays on your device.

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no forms, and it does not request internet access at all. We cannot collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, location, or anything you write or answer inside the app, because the app has no way to send data anywhere, and neither do we have any servers waiting to receive it.
Everything about your crew, your streak, your bond levels, and anything you write in a check-in or reflection is saved in local storage on your device only. None of it leaves your phone. Deleting the app deletes your local save.
Pocket Crew shows no adverts and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. There is no third party involved in running this app at all.
If you turn on the optional daily reminder, it is scheduled locally on your device by the operating system. No reminder content or schedule is ever sent to us or to anyone else. You can turn it off at any time in the app's settings.
Pocket Crew is a gentle companionship and self-care app suitable for all ages, with no ads and no way for anyone, including us, to contact or identify a player.
The app does not request internet access. It may ask for a notification permission (only if you turn on the daily reminder) and can give small haptic taps as feedback, both of which are optional and stay entirely on your device.
Because everything is stored locally, deleting the app removes all of your data. There is nothing for us to delete on a server, because nothing was ever sent to one.
If the app ever changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before the change ships.
